Your voice is vital and will be key in building and maintaining the direct care workforce of the future. Join us April 24 from 10 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. for a lively solutions-focused discussion on:

  • Aligning the direct care workforce with the changing population and needs. Competing in an environment where recruitment and retention of direct care staff are difficult, but essential to meeting the care and support needs of Iowans.

  • As an employer or educator of certified nurse assistants, home health/care aides, patient care technicians, direct support professionals, nonmedical companions, hospice aides, adult day care workers, homemakers, or others in the direct care field, you are invited to attend one of the following “Regional Listening Sessions.”

The event is held at Eastern Iowa Community Colleges' West Davenport Center, Room A/B, 2950 N Fairmount, Davenport, IA 52804. There is no charge to attend. A light continental breakfast, lunch, and meeting materials are provided. Call 515-223-2805 for more information.
