Improve leadership skills with powerful training modules
1/11/21
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) invites local professionals to learn leadership skills immediately applicable to their job with two great training series, “Leadership: Beyond Management” and “Frontline Leadership.”
Taught by experienced instructors, EICC’s leadership training provides affordable, flexible and high-quality training aspiring managers, current managers and even seasoned executives can use to improve performance and increase organizational success. Participants who complete the courses will learn how to become more effective, adaptive and confident leaders. Those who complete the “Leadership: Beyond Management” training will also have the opportunity to earn a microcredential. Microcredentials are shorter, narrowly focused programs of study that recognize learning and verify your competency. This is a great opportunity for both working professionals and employers. Employees are recognized for their hard work, and companies can verify their competency in a specific skill set.
