President’s Day Campus Visit
It’s that time of year when high school seniors traditionally begin finalizing plans for the next step in their lives after graduation. What most of them are learning is that in today’s world students need more than a high school education.
The good news is students have a wide range of options available. Whether it’s a four- or two-year degree or short-term career training, they have much to choose from in deciding what best fits them.
It’s important to plan ahead when considering that next step. That’s why Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is inviting students to attend its:
President’s Day Visit
Monday, February 17, 9 a.m.
Sessions will be held at Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges, the Scott Community College Urban Campus in downtown Davenport and the college’s Blong Technology Center just off Interstate 80.
Participants will be given a tour of the buildings, learn about financial aid options, programs of study, housing, clubs and activities, and have the opportunity to have all of their questions answered about the college.
The event is open to everyone; current high school students and their parents as well as individuals who have been out of school for a number of years and are considering starting college classes for the first time.
