Maquoketa Center Celebrating 10 Years
Info Session July 30
NEW 10th Anniversary Grant – Enroll in two fall classes, get one free
It’s been 10 years since Clinton Community College Maquoketa Center opened its doors, and in that time we’ve taken great joy in providing the community with educational opportunities to learn a new skill set, pursue an Associate’s Degree, train employees or simply try a new hobby.
To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’ll be holding special events throughout the fall starting with an information session, July 30 from 4-6 p.m. at the CCC Maquoketa Center, 501 W. Washington St., Maquoketa. At the session, you’ll learn more about our programs and classes, tour the building, meet with instructors, talk with financial aid and more. Free ice cream will even be served to those who attend!
As a thank you to the community for all its support over the last decade, we’re also introducing the Maquoketa Center 10th Anniversary Grant designed exclusively for students enrolling in classes this fall. When you enroll in two fall classes at the Maquoketa Center, you’ll get your third class on us! That’s right, once you’ve enrolled and paid for two fall classes, you can take a third class for free. All you need to do is fill out a simple application and register. You must be registered by August 10 to receive your free class.
We have a lot of course options to choose from, including programs in Administrative Office Professional, Business, Certified Nurse Aide, Welding/Manufacturing and General Education. You can earn a full Associate’s Degree at our convenient location and enter the work force right away or transfer your credits to a four-year college or university. We offer 16-week and fast track eight-week classes during the day, in the evenings and online – making it easy for you to work around your schedule. Our tuition rate is also one of the most competitive in Iowa.
