What You Learn in the Baking Certificate Program

There's a lot to learn before you open the oven. Kitchen safety and sanitation, the science of yeast, baking techniques, and more. You also learn the art of cake decorating. Want to build on these skills? Check out our Culinary Arts program.

What Can I Do With a Baking Certificate?
