Associate in Arts

Associate in Arts (AA) Degree

Apply

If your goal is to earn a bachelor’s degree, start with an AA. You take the same classes you would in the first two years at a four-year college or university. And in most cases, you transfer in as a junior. We have agreements with a number of state universities and area private colleges, which makes your move to the next campus easy.

What You Learn as an Associate in Arts Major

Get a high-quality general education and be guided by expert instructors. These classes give you that great foundation on which you build when you transfer. And the two-year degree you earn with us will typically cost less than one year at a public or private college.

Maranda Hickey
"EICC helped me, a nervous and unsure first-generation student, thrive in a college environment. I’m proud to say I made the President’s list three times, the Dean's list once, and was chosen to serve as a student marshal at commencement."

2+2 = Savings

Here’s a secret: biology is biology no matter where you take the course. But the cost isn’t the same. Do your first two years at EICC and wipe out those required general education courses, then transfer to finish your Bachelor’s degree. The 24 months and 60+ credits you earn with us will cost less than one semester at most public or private universities. Save your money. High-quality and low-cost. That’s our niche.
