This is a summary of the requirements for an Associate in Arts (AA) degree with a Business Administration/Accounting concentration for students planning to transfer to Iowa Wesleyan College. The AA degree requires completion of both the general education curriculum and electives for a total of 62 semester hours.
Students should choose the recommended courses from the EICCD General Education curriculum, and complete their AA degree by selecting courses that fulfill requirements of Iowa Wesleyan College. Any remaining electives should be selected from those that have an exact course equivalent at Iowa Wesleyan College that is required or recommended for their major.

Admission
Students transferring to IWC with an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science will be admitted as a junior and have satisfied the IWC first/second year general education requirements, except for Responsible Social Involvement and Safety and Survival. The only other exception is that IWC will not recognize ENG:111 or ENG:108 as satisfying Communications general education. All majors need to have a C- or above in English Composition II and a grade of a "C" in Accounting 142 and 146.
Foreign Language
Iowa Wesleyan College requires no foreign language for graduation.
