Eastern Iowa Community Colleges is inviting students and families to its April 4 Visit
Day at Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges. The event begins at 9 a.m. at each campus.
Participants will have the opportunity to tour the college and learn about financial aid options, programs of study, clubs and activities, and get answers to all of their questions about starting college.
The event is open to current high school students and their parents, as well as individuals who have been out of school for a number of years and are considering starting college classes for the first time.
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, with its wide variety of programs has quickly become the first choice for students. The options range from a college transfer program for students interested in completing a bachelor’s degree or beyond, and more than 50 career programs for those who want to enter directly into the job market.
The colleges’ tuition is half of that charged by private institutions and many grant, loan and scholarship options make a college education affordable for everyone.
