Service Strategy
The student is the reason for EICCD's existence. We will provide the very highest quality instruction, programs and service systems for our students and others whom we serve. Policies, procedures and processes will be focused on meeting student needs without sacrificing academic integrity or institutional values. Employees will provide personalized assistance and accurate information, and are empowered to resolve problems.
EICCD's Standards of Service
Each EICCD employee is:
- Courteous and attentive to the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers.
- Acquainted with basic EICCD processes and services.
- Responsive to all informational needs, taking time to answer questions or escorting or directing the customer to the appropriate area of service.
- Knowledgeable about the needs of his/her internal and external customers, and able to deliver products and services that meet or exceed expectations in a timely manner.
- Responsible for utilizing effective time and meeting management practices.
- Committed to answering the phone in a timely manner.
- Responsive to customer complaints, resolving them or forwarding the information/complaint to the appropriate individual or department.
