Join the Power Squadron for safe boating
Summer is just around the corner. Are you buying a new boat? Want to brush up on boating safety and etiquette? Here’s your opportunity! Clinton Community College and the Clinton Power Squadron are partnering to offer “U.S. Safe Boating.”
This eight-hour class will cover proper boat handling, water safety rules, life-saving techniques, courtesy on the water, and policies of river boating. The class meets Monday evening from 7 – 9 p.m. at Clinton Community College, 1000 Lincoln Boulevard, from April 14 through May 5. Pre-registration is required. Call 1-888-336-3907 or 563-244-7100 and register for class # 46272. There is a $25 material fee payable to the Power Squadron the first night of class.
