	The Orientation Webpage is designed to facilitate a "standardized approach" to campus and District orientation for employees. In order to review what is covered you may go to the "Orientation" Web site at: www.eicc.edu/orientation/

	The Orientation for Employee Web site provides a comprehensive list (7 major areas and 113 informational links) to guide and support the employee orientation process. In order to obtain outlines of what is covered during the campus and District orientations, employees can click on the "gold boxes" on the right-hand side of the Webpage. These orientation outlines may be used as a "checklist" for employees to keep track of what has been covered and as a resource for additional informational needs.

	Once the employees complete campus orientation, they are able to register online for the next available District orientation session by clicking on the "third gold box" labeled: "To register for the next District orientation session"

	Upon completion of both campus and district orientations, employees are then registered for the next "Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)" training session, which completes the "seamless process" of employee orientation. Additionally, this Webpage can be used as a "refresher orientation" for all employees that have questions or informational needs about campus or District processes, policies or procedures.
