Center for Professional Development

		Provide "input and support" for the ongoing development of professional and personal learning opportunities that meet needs of all EICCD employees.

		Serve as a "liaison" between the campus and the district to build and support the formal linkages needed to maintain a professional development system.

		Be an "advocate" for professional development in order to further develop the EICCD into an exemplary learning organization.
