Muscatine Community College is pleased to announce a new partnership with The Villas. Not only will The Villas be managing the college’s current student apartment complex, but it is also constructing a new apartment complex, doubling the number of housing units available to our students.

The Villas has a great deal of experience in operating college student housing. It also operates The Villas at Devils Glen, an apartment complex available for students attending MCC’s sister college, Scott Community College in Bettendorf.

The new complex at MCC is directly in front of the original building and both are located on the college campus, just a few steps away from the classrooms, library and other facilities.

Both the original and new buildings offer four-bedroom units with private rooms for each resident. The new building also offers two-bedroom units. Links to the floor-plan for the new complex is at right, as well as photos of the construction process and housing application.

Living on campus offers a unique opportunity for active involvement in campus life. MCC provides a wonderful variety of activities, clubs and organizations in which to get involved. Not only will these activities put a little more fun in life, they will also help develop invaluable skills and career-related experience.
