Full-Time vs. Part-Time Students

The Automotive Technology program is designed for students who are enrolled full-time and are interested in a career in diagnosing and repairing automobiles. Students who are interested in enrolling in specific disciplines or courses on a part-time basis may be admitted by the department coordinator. Classes in Automotive Technology are taught by lecture and followed by appropriate hands-on laboratory experience.

How to Enroll

A candidate for admission to the Auto Technology program must:

• Submit the Scott Community College admission application in person or by mail.
  
  
• Send all High School and College transcripts, or GED scores to:

• Complete the college assessment by making an appointment with the Testing Center, 563-441-4088.
