Program Description
Scott Community College and Black Hawk College in Moline, Il., are working together to offer several cooperative programs. Fire Service Officer is one of the programs that you can study at Black Hawk College but enroll at Scott Community College so that you can take advantage of our in-state tuition rates.
 
The Fire Service Officer curriculum is primarily designed for employed fire fighters and volunteer fire fighters who are seeking to upgrade job skills. The program will provide necessary skills, knowledge and competencies utilized in the management and operations of facilities, services, and personnel in the fire science field.
