Physical exam: $75-100
Proof of health insurance or student health policy
(TB test and immunizations up to date)

Criminal Background Check:  $15.
 
Books: Approximately $300, per semester average.
 
Transportation: Students are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from all practicum sites.
