Interests:
My favorite thing to do with extra time is reading. I
enjoy mysteries, contemporary and science books. I am also very
active with Volunteer work for young adults to develop interest in
the sciences and mathematics.
Each year I enjoy judging the Local, Regional and State Science
Fairs. I volunteer for Math Counts and work with the Bettendorf
Family Museum exhibits committee.
Many of my interests are directly related to my career. I enjoy
the field of industrial hygiene just as much as I did when I first
decided it would be my career path. The career has been very
rewarding and there are very few dull moments.
The advancement of science has made for a field where I am
always challenged with some new issue. I am one of those lucky
people who love my work.
