The student may formally withdraw from a course by completing a Course Withdrawal Form. The form can be obtained by contacting the HSET Department.

Once a W grade has been assigned, it may not be changed.  If at any later date the student wishes to receive credit, he/she may re-enroll in the course at the regular fee.
