Chef Brad on WQAD-TV8
Scott Community College’s own Chef Brad Scott now appears weekly on the WQAD-TV8 News at 11. Chef Brad shares recipes and cooking tips gathered from many years of experience, but in a way that can be used by home cooks.
Chef Brad will post additional recipes and information here from time to time, so check back and see what’s happening. Also, he loves to answer questions so just fill out the handy form available at the right and send in those questions.
