Changes are occurring right now in manufacturing that make it necessary for potential employees to have higher skill levels than ever before. Critical thinking, math and science, electronics and computer skills are at the top of the list.

The Mechanical Design/Pro-E program at the Blong Technology Center (BTC) includes training in Pro-Engineer (Pro-E) and emphasizes the proficiencies required by industry. Everything is delivered in a practical, hands-on method that applies directly to the world of work.

You can complete a certificate, diploma or associate degree program, and classes are offered in an eight-week format with a flexible schedule of attendance during day or evening (subject to sufficient enrollment.)

Pro-Engineer is the hottest new modeling software around; that's why we incorporated it into our curriculum several years ago. Over 500 hours of lab time prepare you well for employment. Our graduates’ extensive Pro-E training gives them the edge they need to be successful in today’s job market.
