Students learn a lot of great things during a PAS Conference.
They have the opportunity to compete against students from all over
the country and to visit with employers at a wide range of industry
booths.
But it's not all about the conference. Time is always set aside
during the trip for students to explore the area around where the
conference is being held.
In 2009, that meant learning about
manufacturing processes at the Harley Davidson plant in
York, PA., a trip back into American history at the Gettysburg
National Park and time at Hershey World where they heard about the
importance of agriculture in the making of chocolate.
