It's not too late!

Spring is a great time to start your college or technical education and, just because it's January, doesn't mean it's too late to register for spring classes.

It used to be that you had to begin classes in the fall or wait a full year before you could get started. Those days are long gone.

Today, Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges have many different start dates throughout the year. The most prominent, of course, remain the fall and spring, but there are others that begin in the middle of the semesters, during the summer and even during the holiday break in January.

Our spring semester begins January 22 and we have many openings still remaining. It's always important, though, to register for classes as soon as possible.

Registering early helps you get the classes you want, at the times that you want them. While we will always work with you to get you the classes you need, some sections do fill. By registering early you can avoid having to adjust your schedule for a class that might not be held at the time you would like.

By the way, we also make it easy to fit classes into your schedule. Not only do we offer traditional, daytime classes at our three colleges, but we also have classes in the evening and at locations throughout Clinton, Muscatine, Scott and Jackson counties. In addition, our online classes make it possible to earn your degree entirely at home, at your computer.

Registering early also helps you in the financial aid process. Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges offer a number of grant and loan options, but it does take a little time to complete the process. The sooneryou start, the sooner you will know how much aid you qualify for.

The colleges have enrollment sessions scheduled for January 16, from 3-6 p.m., and January 20, from 9 a.m. - Noon. Sessions will be held at:

Clinton Community College
563-244-7000
1000 Lincoln Boulevard, Clinton

Muscatine Community College
563-266-6000
152 Colorado Street, Muscatine

Scott Community College 563-441-4000
500 Belmont Road, Bettendorf
Kahl Educational Center
(January 16 session only)
326 West Third St., Davenport

If these times are not convenient for you we encourage you to contact the college you plan to attend or call 1-888-336-3907. We'll be happy to schedule a time that works with your schedule.

With all these programs,

we have what you want!
