Co-op Programs
Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges in
Iowa work together with Black Hawk College to offer out-of-state
students in-state rates for cooperative programs.
Illinois students can take a number of programs through the Eastern Iowa Community College District while registered through Black Hawk College. This partnership helps students, taxpayers and employers!
