Community Services 

The 10^th floor conference center, with its beautiful view overlooking the Mississippi River’ hosts more than 1,000 people a month for conferences, workshops and meetings. The facility is used for college meetings but is also available to community groups and organizations. Smaller meeting rooms are also available.

The college works with other colleges to provide advance degree options at the Kahl. Those include St. Ambrose University, the University of Iowa and the University of Northern Iowa.

The building includes three Iowa Communications Network (ICN) fiber optics classrooms meaning students can take classes from similar sites all across the state. The ICN is also used for businesses and government entities wishing to meet face-to-face with others around Iowa.
