      Refunds and substitutions - If your plans change, you may cancel your registration up to three calendar days prior to the start of the program. After that, no refunds will be issued. You may however, apply the tuition towards another class that meets your scheduling requirements or you may choose a gift certificate in the amount of your class to use within one year of the date issued. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.

IOWA COSMETOLOGY LAW & RULES/HOME STUDY
This self-study course meets the continuing education requirement of two hours that must be specific to Iowa cosmetology law and administrative rules. This course focuses on the latest revisions to the rules as well as the most frequent concerns of licensees. As a licensee, it is your responsibility to obtain and review the rules. Designed for cosmetologists pursuing continuing education or inactive cosmetologists seeking an active status. Materials will be mailed to you as soon as payment has been received at Eastern Iowa Community College.Students have up to eight weeks to complete this course. A certificate will be mailed to you after the college receives the required assignment. Cost: $24
