Communication with the district's faculty and staff is a high priority for Chancellor Keir. She personally compiles a monthly electronic memo that is distributed to all district employees.

The memo highlights both the important issues being addressed within the Eastern Iowa Community College District, as well as some of the enjoyable events in which Chancellor Keir has the opportunity to participate.
