ABSTRACT:    The SSS program is designed to serve 175 students who meet the eligibility criteria of low-income, first-generation, or students with disabilities.

The eligible students most at-risk are targeted for services and are characterized as nontraditional which includes, GED graduates, minority students, and students with disabilities.
