2010 Home Grown Iron Chef Results

The following Chefs participated and competed against each other in the Market Competitions:

Monday, July 5th from 4-6 p.m.Chef Rory Bancroft – ARAMARK at i Wireless Center VS
Chef Matt Mulder – Amber Ridge/Arbor Village Clubhouse

*Rain Date  Monday, July 26th from 1-3 p.m.
Chef Aman Razdan – Red Crow Grille VS
Chef Sean Dittmer – Oakwood Country Club

Monday, July 26th from 4-6 p.m.
Sous Chef Brandon Zawada – ARAMARK at John Deere World Headquarters VS
Sous Chef Dustin Head – Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano 

*Rain Date Monday, August 2nd from 4-6 p.m.
Chef Robert Cook – The Faithful Pilot VS
Chef Aaron McMahon – The Outing Club

In the end the four contestants to compete at the Final Showdown were: 

• Chef Rory Bancroft – ARAMARK at i Wireless Center
• Chef Aman Razdan – Red Crow Grille
• Sous Chef Brandon Zawada – ARAMARK at John Deere World Headquarters
• Chef Aaron McMahon – The Outing Club

Chef Razdan was the overall winner winning $300* and the title 2010 Scott Community College Home Grown Iron Chef.  Chef Aaron McMahon was the runner-up winning $200*.

*Chef McMahon generously donated his winnings back to the foundation to establish a Culinary Arts Scholarship in his name.
