Muscatine Community College
The association has been actively involved in several annual fund raisers during the past. Grants have been made to student organizations for enrichment activities and to enhance their programs.
Special projects on the MCC campus have also been supported. The association played a major role in the 75th Anniversary Celebration of the college, 2004.
By-laws of the association approved 1993 state its purpose:
"The purpose of the Association shall be to encourage and cultivate social activity and good fellowship among the alumni of Muscatine Community College, to maintain and promote the loyalty of its alumni to MCC, and to assist in the accomplishment of the college's mission, and to promote the image and stature of MCC to the campus community and throughout the campus service area."
