Eastern Iowa Community College District has partnered with area industries to create the Career Link Essentials+ pre-employment manufacturing training program.
 
The consortium-based training model assists companies in meeting the increased demands of hiring qualified candidates while providing students direct exposure to the participating employers and career opportunities.

The program includes both a Manufacturing and a
