ACT Center – computer-delivered certification and licensure tests for trades and professions; workplace skills assessments, continuing education courses, distance learning.

The Eastern Iowa Job Training offices are administered by the EICCD. The programs offer training to help people enter or re-enter the workforce.

Workforce Development Programs – access to state funds to pay for all or portions of your eligible training costs.

Iowa Waste Exchange – a program that can help you reduce your landfilling costs and find markets for your by-products.

NewVentures AgTech Initiative is a program of work funded by a National Science Foundation Grant. the AgTech Initiative investigates emerging technologies to evaluate their potential for commercialization within regional companies.

Eastern Iowa Small Business Development Center – education and consultation services for new and existing small businesses, including how to start a new business, accounting and record-keeping, seeking financing, marketing and advertising, organization and management, computers and software and any other areas appropriate for small business needs.

College Credit – certificate, diploma and associate degree programs are available in 40 areas.
