Adjunct faculty needed in the following areas:

Adult Education Instructor, Part-time position

The Instructor is responsible for planning and teaching  adult education courses (English as a Second Language and/or GED preparation), maintaining accurate records of student attendance, and periodically assessing student progress. Responsibility may also include academic advising and acting as a college liaison with local community based organizations and schools.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.  Teaching/counseling experience in adult education, special education/learning disabilities, or language-learning is desirable, as is experience in working with diverse and/or at-risk populations.  Strong interpersonal, communication and community relations skills are required.
