Students interested in web design have a variety of choices in instruction. Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges each offer traditional classroom options and an online program is also available.
Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges offer web design classes through in conjunction with their Computer Networking programs:

Clinton Community College’s web classes are a part of its overall Graphic Design program.
The online program starts with the beginning of web page development and introduces new concepts through involving the student in active web page implementation. It is intended for students who are interested in entering the webmaster profession or for students who want to learn to design and develop web pages using HTML and DHTML.
