EICCD Science-Technology Additions

(CCC, MCC, SCC)

Status:

A District-wide team has been formed and has met to determine some general and common design considerations for the three campus additions. The team was also responsible for developing RFP selection criteria for the Architectural services chosen as well as participating in the review of proposals submitted, interviews of the finalists and consensus recommendation for award of the professional services contract to the EICCD Board of Trustees. 

The EICCD Board of Trustees has awarded the professional services contract and Stanley Consultants, Neumann Monson Architects have prepared a contract for approval and signature and are preparing a design development schedule to begin implementation and meetings with all sites for completion of the schematic design phase of the project. 

The kickoff meeting with the District Science Team is scheduled for Thursday February 7th.
