University Center Renovation

Status:

The project design team at MCC has made the recommendation to the EICCD Board of Trustees that the professional services contract be awarded to Gere-Dismer Architects, with the EICCD Board awarding the contract at the December Board of Trustees meeting. 

Gere-Dismer Architects has prepared a contract for approval and signature and are preparing a design development schedule to begin implementation and meetings with MCC design team members for completion of the schematic design phase of the project. 

The initial kick-off meeting with Gere-Dismer and MCC design team members was held on Monday January 7, 2008.  Work has begun to remove all stored items from the building with demolition to follow.
