Blong Technology Center Alternative Energy Building

Status:

Initial meetings were held in early December to identify requirements for development of the RFP for professional Architectural services for the development of the building. The RFP was approved at the December EICCD Board of Trustees meeting with proposals due on Wednesday January 16, 2008.

The selection team will review the proposals and make recommendations to the EICCD Board of Trustees for contract award during the January 2008 EICCD Board of Trustees meeting. Interviews are set for Friday January 25th with four firms being interviewed. 

The EICCD Board of Trustees awarded the professional services contract to SGGM Architects & Interior Designers/RDG Planning•Design during the January Board meeting. Work is being done to secure a final contract for signature as well as establishing a preliminary meeting with the design team.
