Status:
SGGM Architects has completed all construction documents, the EICCD Board of Directors has approved the documents, and the project has been bid with the EICCD Board of Trustees awarding the construction contract to Frye Builders Inc.... The contract has been signed and ground breaking/construction began in November.
At this writing, the site work is completed, the foundation is finished with the building scheduled to arrive on site the week of February 5th.
The welding lab addition is scheduled to be completed in late April with renovation to the vacated welding lab scheduled to begin ASAP after the new facility is occupied with anticipated completion of the renovated space by July 2008.
