Status:
Preliminary meetings have begun to determine the scope of work that is desired. Work will continue to sharpen the scope between the building addition and the renovation.
Once the scope is refined, an RFP will be developed to advertise for professional Architectural services for the building design development. Timeline for taking the RFP to the EICCD Board of Trustees is February 2008 with the college making recommendation for contract award at the April 2008 EICCD Board meeting.
The project team is presently working on General Design Considerations for the project as well as specific room space allocations and considerations.
