A Hearts card game tournament to benefit CPR education programs at your community college.

Congratulations to our 2013 Hearts for Hearts Tournament winners!  

These top three finishers had their choice of prize packages, including a night out on the town with tickets from Circa 21 and an overnight stay at the Hotel Blackhawk, a spectacular package with amenities from Jumer’s Casino, and a Nook® e-tablet.  The fourth annual tournament to raise funds for CPR training programs was a success, and a good time was had by all!

Our three previous events have raised almost $15,000 to support the purchase of CPR training equipment, including CPR manikins and automated external defibrillator (AED) training machines.  The event is named in honor of area business leader Terry Lunardi, whose big-hearted leadership was instrumental in the success of many community and education programs.  Mr. Lunardi passed away unexpectedly in August 2009.  We are honored to have the opportunity to pay tribute to him in this special way.
