International Migratory Bird Day

Clinton Community College and the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife & Fish Refuge have joined together to celebrate another event this coming spring.

Millions of migratory birds annually return to their North American breeding grounds from South and Central America, Mexico, the Caribbean and the southern United States.

Participants in this event will learn about birds and the habitats they need. Various speakers, tours, exhibits and activities will be featured.

All activities will be held at the Ingersoll Wetlands learning Center located north of Thomson, Illinois, on Highway 84 behind Metform.
