• SCC Soccer players make Academic All Region teams

Todd Flamer, Mitchell Schneider, Cruz Sandoval and Claudio Barbosa are all members of the successful 2012 UTHS Boy's Soccer team that captured the Western Big 6 conference title and IHSA Regional and Sectional championships.  The team also won the 2012 Indian State Cup and the Rock Island Invitational Tournaments. All four boy's figured in key starting roles and were integral to the teams coveted success. Mitchell, the starting goal keeper also earned Western Big 6 All Conference and All Area Metro Honors for his performances in the UTHS goal, whilst Cruz and Claudio played key roles in the UTHS midfield.  They should all prove to be valuable additions to the Scott Community College Soccer program.
