MCC Ranked 6th in Pre-Season Poll

Two-time defending national champions Phoenix College takes the top spot in the 2006 NJCAA Division II Softball Pre-Season Poll. The Bears are the most successful Division II NJCAA softball program, winning four of the six Division II national championships.

Cowley County Community College, coming off a fourth-place finish at nationals, rank second in the pre-season poll. National runner-up Parkland College rounds out the top three of the 2006 pre-season poll.

The pre-season poll is a tally of coaches regional predictions.
