Head Coach Marcus Harris

Marcus Harris was appointed as the Clinton Community College Cougars head coach in March of 2008 following four years as an assistant on the team.

He was previously an assistant coach at Mount St. Clare College. Harris’ other college responsibilities include Academic Advising and Job Placement.

Harris graduated from Mount St. Clare College in 1993 with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Social Science. He was a member of the basketball program at Mount St. Clare where he was a two-time first-team All Midwest Conference and two-time Honorable-Mention All-American performer, with a 25.5 points per game average. He is third on the school’s all-time scoring list.

Harris graduated from Moore High School, in Louisville Kentucky in 1989, were he was a three-year letterman and all-state selection in basketball. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, watching the History Channel, playing chess, playing catch with his daughter, and playing pick-up basketball.  Harris lives in Clinton with wife Tiffany and daughter Monique.
