Program Description
Scott Community College and Black Hawk College in Moline, Il., are working together to offer several cooperative programs. Law Enforcement is one of the programs that you would study at Black Hawk College but enroll at Scott Community College so that you can take advantage of our in-state tuition rates.

The Law Enforcement program provides a working knowledge of the criminal justice system, an understanding of human behavior, and the knowledge of bureaucratic structure. Students completing the program are prepared to compete for jobs in the criminal justice field at the local and state level.
