Massage Therapy and Bodywork Program

Program Description
Massage Therapy and Bodywork is a cooperative program between Eastern Iowa Community College District and Black Hawk College.

Massage Therapy and Bodywork prepares individuals for employment as a massage therapy and body work therapist. Students will develop an in-depth understanding of the human body and its interactions. This intensive program is conducted over three consecutive semesters. Courses are offered in a classroom setting* at the Black Hawk College Quad-Cities Campus located in Moline, IL with a required clinical held off campus. At completion of the program students are awarded a certificate.

Students enroll in the Massage Therapy and Bodywork courses through their home college (CCC, MCC, or SCC) to take advantage of our in-state tuition rates. Additional course lab fees will total approximately $911 for the program. Massage therapy students will also need to purchase a massage table and several sets of sheets at an approximate cost of $500.
