The college's administrative offices are located in downtown Davenport with a terrific view of the Mississippi River.

EICC was established in 1965 when the Iowa legislature formed community college districts throughout the state. EICC combined the already existing Clinton and Muscatine Junior Colleges as well as the vocational-technical program which existed in Scott County.

EICC, its faculty and staff are committed to delivering quality education and services to strengthen our community.

Parking - Free two-hour parking is available on the streets around the Urban Center. Longer term parking is also available for students on class days. Stop at the Information Desk before parking to get a card to place on your vehicle dash. All downtown parking is free after 5 p.m. and on weekends.
